Senior Ladies training continues on Wednesday night at 7.30. U16 girls had good wins against the Rock and Beragh. Next league game is against Galbally on Friday night. Training continues on Monday's at 6.30pm. Congratulations to Senior Ladies captain Fiona Marie on her recent wedding.
The minors played Aghyaran in the league last night in Urney. Glenelly Seniors play Owen Roes in the League Cup on Thursday evening in Plumbridge at 7.30pm. The Under 16 boys games this week against Drumragh and Owen Roes this week were postponed until next week due to the minor final. They now play Drumragh next Monday and Owen Roes on Wednesday, both away.
The Under 12 boys play Omagh tonight (Thursday) at home in their last game at 7pm; Training continues as usual for Under 8 – 10 players on Thursday evenings from 6.30 -7.30pm. Under 13 players should attend next Thursday 27th in preparation for the beginning of their competition. Well done to the Under 8 team on Saturday in Clann Na Gael, especially those making their debut for the club: Darryl Kelly, Andrew Harkin, Kevin Harkin, Christopher Kildunne, and Garret O’Neill. The club wish a speedy recovery to Under 8 player Ronan McCullagh who was absent due to injury. This week the Under 10 team have a blitz in Greencastle. Transport leaving the clubrooms at 10am. The next Under 8 Blitz is next Saturday 29th August also in Greencastle.
