Club Notes - 8th September

The final blitz for the Under 8 team is on Saturday 12th September in Plumbridge. Parents are asked to help to provide refreshments to the visiting teams. On Saturday 19th September the Under 10 team are invited to a Blitz hosted by the Aghyaran club. The Under 13 have two games this week; away to Urney on Thursday, leaving Plumbridge at 6pm and at home to Michael Cusack’s on Friday, players to be at the pitch for 6.30pm .


The Under 16 team were defeated by Rock in the League Quarter final on Saturday. This Saturday they play Eskra in the championship quarter final at 1pm in Plumbridge. Glenelly Seniors’ last league game against Newtown, postponed from last weekend was refixed for Tuesday night past.

The U16 girls played Errigal Ciaran on Tuesday with the winners playing Galbally on Saturday at 6pm. The Senior ladies had a victory against Trillick last week and were defeated by Errigal Ciaran on Sunday past. They were due to play Carrickmore last night (Wednesday) and the final game of the season is on Sunday against Glen in Plumbridge at 6pm.
