All outstanding grand draw ticket monies must be paid to the committee no later than Monday 16th November at 8pm or the ticket will not be included in the grand draw.

Dinner Dance tickets will be on sale from Leo's or Carolan’s shop at £22.50pp. The Dinner Dance is organised for Saturday 21st November at the Villa Rose Hotel in Ballybofey. The club would like to encourage the pre-purchase of tickets to allow numbers to be forward to the hotel The meal will be served at 8pm sharp. A bus is being arranged for departure from Leo’s at 7pm sharp. Please contact Karen Conway / Nicola Sheerin for details.

Nomination forms for Ladies and Men’s AGM are available via e-mail from secretaries Nicola/Peter or can be collected from local shops. These forms must be completed and returned by 15th November for the Ladies AGM on 18th November at 7.30pm or by Friday 4th December for the Men’s AGM on Sunday 13th December at 2pm. Any club member wishing to join the committee should complete a Nomination Form indicating how they are willing to assist with the running of the club.

Ladies and Men’s Club gear is available for order for Christmas. Please contact Sean McConnell or Anne Harkin to place an order.

A caretaker is required by the club during the football season for 1-1.5hrs per week. Anyone interested should contact Peter Lindsay.

A day trip has been organised for the U14 Ladies double winning team following this year’s successes. The trip takes place on Saturday 14th November. Please contact Claire Kildunne / Amanda McCrory.

Coaches and members please note that a Foundation Coaching Award will be held in Greencastle on Saturday 21st November. The fee for the course is £25 and the course also provides training in Child Protection. Contact Eunan Lindsay for details
